Gunpla/Model Area is BACK!!!
Anime North, in collaboration with Gunpla Montreal, Gunpla Ottawa and SIDE6, is proud to present the Gundam Model Area! These local community have gathered to help with the event and present to you one of the best Gundam filled experience in North America! Welcome back to Anime North!
We will have one the largest display of gunpla and related model kits in all of Canada. Throughout the entire three days of the convention, our 3 clubs will be organizing and hosting the Gunpla Model Area where you can learn, build, and even win prizes for your works of art! Come learn and enjoy the art that are model kits and gunpla!!
Tables will be available for building your favorite Gunpla with your friends and our staff. There will be experienced Gunpla builders on site to help with your work. Tools will be available for use, note quantities may be limited but we will try our best to facilitate. If you have questions or need advice, just ask - we're here to help.
There will also be completed display of Gunpla. as well as a few exiting categories for the model tournament. One of the best parts of building models is displaying your finished products.
Feel that you've put together one of your best pieces yet? There will be a friendly Gunpla competition. YES! You could even win a prize for your hard work!
This year by popular demand the John Martin award will be given to the best model kit entered, from all our categories. Start thinking of what kit you will be working on now!!
And finally, remember your broken piece(s)? Bring them and we will show you how to fix it.
