How do I correct or reassign the name on an admission to Anime North?

A: To correct or change the name on an Anime North admission, the person who purchased the admission should  email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (using the same email used to purchase the admission) with the full name that appears on the existing Anime North admission (and attach the Eventbrite confirmation form) and the correct/new name and email. We will change the entry in our database and email out a revised confirmation.

When do I have to get my registration in the mail to meet the deadlines?

A: Registrations have to be postmarked on or before the deadlines, so if you get it into the mail on those dates, that's fine. We do not have to have received them by the deadlines.

 

Do I have to use my real name when I register, or on my badge?

A: Yes, Anime North requires a complete full legal name when registering, as well on your convention badge. You can also include a nickname or con name on your badge as well.

Can I add new people to my Group Registration?

A: No, once a Group Registration is purchased, additional people cannot be added to it. If people drop out, new people can be assigned to fill the holes by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the details.
