Arriving by Transit
There are three suggested routes from Toronto using the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission)
Take the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line to Lawrence West Station. Transfer to a westbound 52 Lawrence bus (take the 52A, 52B, or 52D -- the 52F or 52G will NOT go the convention), and get off at City View Drive for TCC & International Plaza, or Atwell Drive for the Sheraton. Travel time is about 40 minutes from Lawrence West station, but this route can get crowded during the day. Note: the 58 Malton bus has been discontinued.
Take the Bloor-Danforth subway line to Kipling Station. Transfer to the northbound 46 Martin Grove bus, and get off at Dixon Road. The International Plaza and TCC are about a 5-10 minute walk west of this stop. This option is less crowded during peak hours, but after 10 PM the 46 Martin Grove only bus runs every 30 minutes. Travel time is about 20 minutes from Kipling Station.
Take the Bloor-Danforth subway line to Kipling Station. Transfer to the northbound 112C West Mall (do NOT take the 112A/112D), and get off at Dixon Road. The Sheraton is across the street from this stop, and the International Plaza and TCC are a 5 minute walk east along Dixon Road. This bus runs more frequently than the 46 Martin Grove after 10PM on Friday night, however the 112C West Mall stops running after 10PM Saturday, and 7PM Sunday. The travel time from Kipling Station is about 20-25 minutes.
Please check the TTC website prior to the convention to confirm when the first/last buses run each day.
Anime North is happy to offer complimentary shuttle transfer between the Toronto Congress Center (TCC) and most official hotels. All shuttle buses are large 48 passenger school buses. During peak times, we have multiple buses running continuously with no waiting at any locations other than to disembark and embark. The TCC shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off location is at the Hall F west entrance close to the water tower. Hotel pick-up/drop-off locations will be clearly marked. Please note we have two different shuttle routes. Ensure you get on the right one.
Route 1 - TCC to Official Venue Hotels
Free for all badge holders, you are able to ride Route 1 which runs continuously between TCC, Crowne Plaza, Sheraton, and International Plaza. On Friday evening, this shuttle will stop at Marriott for the Moonlight Ball as well. Tentative schedule is Friday 1800-0130, Saturday 1000-0130, and Sunday 1000-1800.
Route 2 - TCC to Overflow Hotels
Free to guests staying at one of the official Anime North overflow hotels. To ride this bus, attendees will need an endorsement sticker on their badge. Stickers will be provided by the front desk upon check in at participating hotels to guests registered under the official Anime North hotel block for the number of people in that room. Route 2 runs continuously between TCC - Westin - Hilton - Hampton Inn - Fairfield - Hilton Garden Inn - Four Points - International Plaza. Tentative schedule is Friday 1600-0200, Saturday 1000-2400 and Sunday 0900-1900.
Shuttle information is subjected to change.
