It's Friday night. The convention centre is closed down. Most of the events are over, and you don't want to go to bed - you have all this pent-up energy to get rid of.

So; why not join us for a new event?

This year, we'll be trying something different for Friday night - a Rave, brought to you by The Keith & Colonel Gary Show.

The location is set for the Mississauga room of the Doubletree Hotel. It will run from 11pm to 2am, once the Medeival Dancing instruction (running from 9pm to 11pm) is concluded.

We'll be playing exclusively Rave and Trance music mixes, from both Japan/Anime and the rest of the world.
This event is open to anyone with a convention membership.

This year's theme colour is red. Come dressed in your favourite red outfit - but make sure it's comfortable for dancing!

Any comments can be posted on The Teahouse of the Maple Moon – go to the “special events” section and look for Friday Night J-Rave.

You’re also invited to send a compilation C/D of songs you’d like to hear at the Rave. E-mail thekeithandgaryshow “at” cogeco.ca for mailing instructions, but please title your message “Friday night J-Rave.”

To attend the Friday J-Rave, you must pick up a wristband in advance. Wristbands are free, this is a measure to prevent over-crowding. Wristbands will be available at the following times and locations (subject to change, please see your Pocket Program when you arrive at the con for final times).

* At the Thursday Night Pre-Reg Check-In at the Doubletree Hotel from 7 PM – 10 PM. Please note that this event is only for attendees who have registered in advance for the con. New memberships will NOT be sold at this event.

* At the Autograph Tables at the Toronto Congress Center on Friday: 6 PM to 8 PM
