How to Submit a gaming Events for this years gaming fun ...

HI THERE!
I have to ask, do you have that one game that's has been sitting on your shelf for an "elf's" age and never got to play it? OR, you have that one really really cool movie oriented ideal that you want everyone to see, but never got around in writing it?

Well my friend, I say to you, dust off that game and run it at this years AN Gaming (Anime North's Gaming ) SO that you all know, anyone can run a gaming tournament, SO please read the gaming guide lines in the information below and fill out the following information at the following URL:

Our Guide Lines

::The  Game::
Your game must be a game ... ( i dont think that should be said BUT there are same that need read that) Soo that means you game must be a boardgame, role-playing game, collectible card game, etc. That means it has players and likely a winner. You kno what mean? - on to point two.

::Feedback from con players::
There must be a enough time for feedback - That means that you should be finished up 15-30 minutes before the end of your time slot in order to fill out the feedback and contest forms. We don't want to be sticklers about time, but we also only have a week end to get all this stuff done, and we need to get people to their next event.

::Materials::
The person running the event will be responsible for bringing the game materials. In the case of a boardgame, this means the boardgame. For an RPG, it could mean a lot of stuff - source books, character sheets,. rules references, scratch paper. If there is something players will need to bring, make sure it is noted in the event submission so that we can let players know. It must be fun . We are here to have a good time and that's what the people coming to the con are after, so do your best to make it fun.

We here at AN Gaming will do the following for each event:

Send confirmation - We will confirm to you that we have received your event, have accepted it. If we have questions, we will let you know. When we officially schedule it for a time we will let you know.

::Our Web Site::

All events will be posted on the website. We will include the event information and the organizer's bio, if desired. Accept pre-registrations for the event .

::Provide Game Day Materials::
- A packet of material will be waiting for you at the con , including a player list, feedback forms for the Player of the Day contest and, if applicable, the Event evaluation forms for the Event of the Day contest.

::Prizes::
- The con may be giving a prize away for the "winner" of each event. These may not be huge or exciting, but there will be something. We understand that many events may not have a true winner, or even a single winner. But they will still have one or two prize give aways available. The event organizer gets to decide how they are given out.

SO with that, I thank you for taking the time to run your game at AN Gaming for this year. We would like you to know that your help is appreciated. A convention takes a lot of work to run. The more people who help the better the gaming will be. All it takes is a few hours of your time

See you at the con
